Information
- Poster presenters are expected to be available by their poster during the “Wine & Science poster walk” on Friday 12 September 17:30 – 18:30. You are also encouraged to be available during coffee and lunch breaks if possible.
- You are responsible for producing, printing, and bringing your poster to the venue.
- You can find your poster number in the congress app. The poster should be mounted on the poster board with the corresponding number.
- Material may be handed out to participants who visit your poster, for example an A4 handout. Make sure you include your contact details on the handout. There is no room for a rollup or brochure stand next to your poster.
Poster dimensions and design
The poster should be produced in portrait format, size A0.
Height: Max. 1189 mm
Width: Max. 841 mm
Please make sure your poster does not exceed this size limit.
You are welcome to design your poster as you choose to attract attention from the other participants. The poster should be easy to read.
Poster mounting and dismounting
You can put your poster up from 12:00 on Wednesday 10 September. Material for poster mounting will be available at the symposium venue.
Your poster should be displayed for the duration of the congress and should not be removed before 13:00 on Saturday 13 September. Any poster remaining after 16:15 on the same day will be disposed of.
